Riverside

In April 2003, Derby City Living completed the purchase of the former Eggleston Bros. steel stockholders on Stuart Street, Derby.

Planning was achieved for 76 apartments, which created a development value of £14m.

Each apartment was carefully considered in terms of deisgn and functionality, whilst the facade had been designed to reflect its riverside setting. Juliet balconies were also included so that the stunning views could be appreciated whilst relaxing at home.

This site was sold as an entire investment in 2004.

York Place, Derby

Completed early in 2007, this unique new development of 7 apartments is located in Derby's conservation area, just off Friar Gate in Derby.

These 1 and 2 bedroom apartments incorporate a thoughtful and well designed layout, complimented by first class internal features, whilst the building itself has been carefully considered and is sympathetic to the surrounding area.
